I'm such a tease...

Yes, yes, I know. You wanted recipes. You wanted pictures. You wanted all things sweet.

Well, life kind of happened. And now, this small business thing seems to be taking off with a life of it's own... so there's that.

But there's good news, too. I have every intention of coming back to blogging. It might not be tomorrow... it might not even be next week. But it will be soon, that I can tell you.

And in the absence of my wit and words of delicious wisdom... here is some inspiration and a taste of what's to come... (you see what I did there? I'm so punny. And a dork. So sue me.)

So I had every intention of putting up at least two or three of the recipes from this weekend. Really, I did. But I had to clean the kitchen. Before it drove me insane. Or provoked an invasion from the 42nd Infantry Division of the Ant Army that is stationed somewhere in the vicinity. 

Just in my first week, and I can't even get a recipe up! This spells trouble...

Also, I feel guilty posting recipes without pictures, so I'll find my camera cable and get on that.

Not that anyone reads this yet, anyway... but I feel better having explained myself.

So, it's fairly common knowledge (if you know me at all) that I spend a lot of time in the kitchen producing edibles of all kinds (but usually sweets!) for my friends and family. From time to time, I receive requests for my recipes/kitchen secrets. With such requests growing more frequent as of late, I have decided to embark upon (*gasp*) a baking blog, to add to the thousands currently populating The Internets. Here, I will share my favorite recipes, modifications, and other baking wisdom (or my version of such). Hope y'all enjoy!
